Our Minister
Previous to her calling as a Unitarian Universalist minister Rev.Marguerite worked for many years as an early childhood educator and as the supervisor of an early intervention team of professionals supporting families with babies and toddlers with special needs. She brings this love for children and experience with families into her ministry with our church, incorporating a Story for All Ages into our Sunday worship and working with our Religious Education Committee in creating multigenerational worship services. Reverend Marguerite attended Andover Newton Theological School where she graduated with a Masters in Divinity. She was ordained by the First Church of Leominster. She lives in Amherst Massachusetts with her spouse Dorrie. Together they provide home care for an adult with developmental disabilities. "I am thrilled to be serving this historic church in Winchendon. I can concur that the church is of the open mind, the loving heart, the helping hands and the caring community. Please come and visit. Bring your children and your friends. You will be welcomed with open arms."
